Drivers looking for even more power will want to choose the available turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6. This turbocharged engine increases the performance numbers on the Flex to 365 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque.
Even with the added power, the fuel economy estimates on the turbocharged engine remain the same. Both engines also deliver identical maximum towing ratings of 4,500 pounds.
Wagon models like the 2017 Ford Flex are excellent options due to their impressive cargo and people hauling capabilities. Flex models offer three rows of seating, and a maximum storage capacity of 83.2 cubic feet.
