Why the 2022 Ford GT Promises an Amazing Drive

2017 Ford GT colors and trim levels

Published on Mar 3, 2023 by Product Expert

The Ford GT is one of the most exciting, high-performance vehicles around and it’s easy to see why so many drivers are getting excited about it. Come on! It’s like a real-live Batmobile. There are few vehicles that are more exciting and sleek than the GT, which is why there are so many drivers who can’t wait to get behind the wheel.

While we aren’t sure about all of the specific 2017 Ford GT colors and trim levels quite yet, we did hear that unfortunately you won’t be able to get that blue color you will see in all of the ads and promotions. However, we’re guessing in there you will likely be able to get your traditional red, white, black and some sort of gray/metallic. There is also a pretty good chance we will be seeing some sort of yellow or orange in the mix.

What we do know about the Ford GT is that it will be the definition of fast and furious, on all levels of the playing field. Ford is expected to begin production on the GT in 2016, which means we could begin seeing this vehicle as early as late 2016.

However, drivers who want to actually own a Ford GT should be ready to shell out around $400,000 and potentially wait in line or promise their firstborn child, as Ford is planning on only producing around 250 vehicles over several years.

The GT is efficient and aerodynamic from the ground up, and we can’t wait to see how it handles. Although, with its lighter materials, improved handling and acceleration, and one-of-a-kind design, the GT is one of those vehicles there isn’t anything bad to say about it.

It will come with the most powerful EcoBoost engine ever and make up to 600 horsepower with a 3.5L EcoBoost V6.
