As we mentioned before, the 2018 Ford Edge gives you the choice between three powerful, capable and efficient engines. Up first is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost I-4 engine offering 245 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque while getting up to 21 miles per gallon in the city and up to 29 miles per gallon on the highway. This is the standard engine for the new Ford Edge SE, SEL and Titanium, though when paired with a front-wheel drive equipped 2018 Edge SE model, it also features Auto Start-Stop technology. If you go with a 2018 Ford Edge Sport, you get a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine offering 315 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque while getting up to 17 miles per gallon in the city and up to 24 miles per gallon on the highway. A 3.5-liter Ti-VCT V6 engine is also available for new Ford Edge models, offering 280 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque while getting up to 17 miles per gallon in the city and up to 26 miles per gallon on the highway.
