While it doesn’t have the name recognition of other new Ford SUVs like the 2018 Ford Explorer, the 2018 Ford Escape and the 2018 Ford Expedition, the 2018 Ford Flex does have a lot going for it. The new Ford Flex lineup at Brandon Ford in Tampa, FL, features three trim levels to choose from – the 2018 Ford Flex SE, the 2018 Ford Flex SEL and the 2018 Ford Flex Limited.
As you can probably guess, the higher you go up the 2018 Ford Flex trim level ladder, the more you get. For instance, a power liftgate is available for the new Ford Flex SEL, and standard for the new Ford Flex Limited. The 2018 Flex Limited is the only trim level with available active park assist. It’s also the only 2018 Flex trim level with HID headlamps and tail lamps, while the other two new Flex models feature halogen headlamps. The 2018 Ford Flex SEL and Limited also feature fog lamps and an available Multipanel Vista Roof. In terms of style, the new Ford Flex SE features body-color door handles and available black roof-rack side rails, whereas the new Flex SEL and Limited trim levels feature chrome door handles and available silver roof-rack side rails.
