Specific horsepower, torque and capability ratings for the all-new 2019 Ford Ranger haven’t been released yet, but we do know what you’ll find under its twin-power dome hood. The all-new 2019 Ranger is powered by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine that has been specifically engineered to optimize your efficiency and capability. This 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine is able to do that thanks to its direct fuel injection technology, its twin-scroll turbocharger and its enhanced 16-valve design. This engine also features a forged-steel crankshaft and connecting rods for added durability, along with chain-driven overhead cams. The 2019 Ford Ranger’s power, efficiency and capability is further optimized thanks to its class-exclusive 10-speed automatic transmission.
