When Will the 2024 Ford Ranger Be Available in Tampa FL?
The next-generation 2024 Ford Ranger is expected to arrive at dealerships in Summer 2023 and dealerships can order the redesigned Ford Ranger starting in May 2023. When it arrives at Brandon Ford, the 2024 Ford Ranger will be available in a trio of standard trim levels - XL, XLT and Lariat - that each possess a wealth of standard features and a signature style. The latest Ford Ranger design will feature Ford C-Clamp LED headlights, a more muscular shoulder, more aggressive wheel arches, a RANGER logo stamped into the tailgate and a wheelbase that is 2 inches longer. A brand-new, high-performance 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor has been added to the lineup and will be available in Summer 2023.
New 2024 Ford Ranger Engine Options and Specs
The 2024 Ford Ranger is more capable than ever and it starts with an updated powertrain lineup. Ford Ranger entries will employ a standard 2.3-liter EcoBoost® four-cylinder engine that manufactures 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque with a class-exclusive 10-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission that adds electronic shift-on-the-fly capabilities. Power and performance get an upgrade with the available 315-horsepower 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V-6 engine that makes 400 pound-feet of torque. When equipped for towing, the 2024 Ford Ranger will tow up to 7,500 pounds of cargo with a maximum payload of 1,805 pounds. The updated Ford Ranger platform adds additional ground clearance to improve performance on the trail with increased approach and departure angles.
New 2024 Ford Ranger Features and Technology
To go along with a capable and powerful design, the 2024 Ford Ranger is loaded with next-generation technology that will improve safety, comfort and entertainment. An updated interior design incorporates additional storage compartments with a larger center console, larger door storage compartments and rear under-seat storage compartments. Infotainment is provided by a standard 10.1 Ford SYNC® 4 touchscreen display with access to FordPass® Connect, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto that can be upgraded with the best-in-class 12-inch Ford SYNC® 4A touchscreen display. The infotainment system is complemented by a standard 8-inch digital instrument display or an available 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster.
The 2024 Ford Ranger improves your day-to-day drive with more than 31 standard and available driver-assist features. Highlight features include the class-exclusive Active Park Assist 2.0, BLIS® with Trailer Coverage, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Pro Trailer Backup Assist, Trailer Reverse Guidance and a 360-degree camera system. Available exterior Zone Lighting is an added feature that provides additional light for your campsite as needed and can be controlled via the FordPass® App.
