The annual Rough Riders St. Patrick’s Parade run by the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry - the Rough Riders - is fun for all ages and has moved locations to Downtown Tampa. The new parade route creates a more family-friendly environment and is closer to additional St. Patty’s Day festivities. The annual parade includes festive green floats, Irish dance troupes, local marching bands, and much more.

Dyeing rivers green is a St. Patrick’s Day tradition in many cities across the country - but the annual River O’ Green Fest in Tampa may be the best around. This annual festival is hosted at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and promises fun activities for the whole family. Highlights of the event include live music, local food trucks, Irish-themed activities for the kids and plenty of green beer to help you celebrate the season.

Lace up your running shoes and put on your Kelly Green for the Tampa Warriors St. Patrick’s Day 5K. This event is hosted by the Tampa Warriors - a non-profit organization that helps disabled veterans enjoy the game of hockey. This brand-new St. Patty’s Day 5K is fun for all ages with strollers welcome and will be timed. All finishers will receive a commemorative challenge coin and dog tag.

Celebrate St. Patty’s Day on the water this year and climb aboard the Yacht StarShip for the St. Patrick’s Day Lunch Cruise.
