2021 Ford Bronco Engine Specs

To begin with, the Base trim is powered by a 2.3-liter Ecoboost® engine that produces 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. Next comes the 2.7-liter Ecoboost® engine that produces an impressive 310 horsepower and 400 horsepower. Ford has gone the distance in customer satisfaction by allowing them to configure Bronco based on their requirement. This is what makes the Bronco a true off-road SUV. Starting with the engine, the 2.3-liter engine is standard on all the trims except the WildTrak and the First Edition.

You can opt for the 2.7-liter engine for any trim, even if it is the Base trim. The same applies to the transmission of the Bronco. Other than the standard seven-speed manual transmission, you can opt for a 10-speed automatic transmission as well. Other than the four-wheel drive with Part-Time Selectable Engagement drivetrain, you can also opt for the four-wheel drive with an Automatic On-Demand Engagement drivetrain as well.

The top two trims come standard with the 2.7-liter Ecoboost® engine and the 10-speed automatic transmission. The power is transferred to an Advanced 4×4 with an On-Demand Engagement drivetrain. They also feature an Electronic-Locking Front and Rear Axle feature as standard.
