Everything You Need to Know About the Flow with the Fishes Yoga Sessions at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa FL

The first session of Flow with the Fishes at the Florida Aquarium takes place on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Participants are encouraged to arrive between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., with the session itself taking place from 8: 30 a.m. to 9: 30 a.m. The regular class is for every 10 years old and older, while a special children’s session is also taking place for kids aged 5 years old to 9 years old. Yoga mats are allowed – and encouraged – for the regular class, though they are not allowed in the children’s class. Everyone is also encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. To make things even better, admission to the Flow with the Fishes yoga session includes admission to the museum, so you can then spend the rest of your day enjoying everything else the Florida Aquarium has to offer – including 14,000 animals, an outdoor Splash Pad for kids, a 4D theater, and more. And don’t worry if you can’t make it to this session, as other sessions are planned for November 10, February 23 and May 17.

The Florida Aquarium is located at 701 Channelside Drive right here in Tampa. If you find yourself in need of any kind of automotive service or a new Ford model to get you to and from the aquarium, please contact our staff here at Brandon Ford in Tampa, FL.
