One of the best places to get a pumpkin is the same place you get all of your other delicious and locally-grown produce – the Tampa Bay Farmers’ Market. Now that fall is upon us, the Farmers’ Market has a huge selection of fresh pumpkins to choose from. Just head to 1718 West Fletcher Avenue and see what they’ve got. You won’t be disappointed.
For a more traditional pumpkin patch experience, make sure to head on over to Dave’s Pumpkin Patch, located at 106 East Lumsden Avenue in Brandon, FL. Dave’s Pumpkin Patch features pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, including pie pumpkins, mini pumpkins, white pumpkins, blue pumpkins and even extra-large carving pumpkins. The patch also features corn stalk displays, straw bales, hay bales, gourds, pumpkin carving kits and so much more.
If you have the desire to both go get a pumpkin and take a little day trip to Hyde Park Village, why not do both at the same time? The Hyde Park Village Pumpkin Patch is open now through Oct. 31, located where South Dakota Avenue meets Snow Avenue, and it’s got a huge selection of fresh pumpkins just begging to be bought and carved.
