When the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD Carbon Series hit the track at 24 Hours of Le Mans, it arrived with its eye on a win at the famed French track and a sub-7 minute lap at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. To accomplish this goal, the Ford Mustang GTD was equipped with the Ford Mustang GTD Performance Package to upgrade the performance of its 800-horsepower 5.2-liter Supercharged V-8 and eight-speed dual-clutch transaxle transmission.

Recaro® racing seats are standard and pair with a brand-new flat-bottom steering wheel with Dinamica and carbon-fiber inserts. The steering wheel includes buttons to adjust the suspension and exhaust modes in addition to 3D-printed titanium paddle shifters. The dashboard and console include titanium trim around the gear selector, a 13.2-inch Ford SYNC® 4 touchscreen infotainment system powered by Unreal Gaming technology, and a customizable 12.4-inch digital gauge cluster. The center console will add a pair of buttons to the hero panel — a button to access Track Apps and a button to activate a front-axle lift that will prevent scrapes on the front bumper.
