Hard workers need other hard workers to help them get their hard work done, which is why every hard worker out there should be incredibly excited about the arrival of the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup here at Brandon Ford in Tampa, FL. But just because previous new Ford Super Duty lineups have been best-in-class when it comes to being hard workers, does that mean the 2021 Super Duty lineup continues that trend? Yes, it does.
But first we want to take a look at some of the impressive features coming with the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup – a list that includes BLIS® with cross-traffic alert technology and trailer coverage capabilities, a pre-collision assist system with automatic emergency braking capabilities, updated trailer reverse guidance technology, the Pro-Trailer Backup Assist™ system, and a 360-degree camera. The 2021 Super Duty lineup also boasts a stylish grille, head lights, and front fascia, to go along with an interior complete with refreshed interior trim color options, interior trim insert options, and interior material options.
As we pointed out in our introduction, the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup once again gives customers best-in-class power and best-in-class capability.
Those best-in-class features come thanks to the 2021 Super Duty lineup’s trio of powerful and capable engine options – a trio that includes a 7.3-liter V8 engine that provides you with 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque, a 6.2-liter V8 engine that provides you with 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque, and a 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V8 diesel engine that provides you with 475 horsepower and an unheard of 1,050 pound-feet of torque. And, no, that’s not a typo, the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup’s diesel engine option really does provide you with over 1,000 pound-feet of torque.
Those engines allow the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup to feature its best-in-class towing and payload ratings. More specifically, the 2021 Ford Super Duty lineup features a max gooseneck towing rating of 37,000 pounds, a max 5th-wheel towing rating of 32,500 pounds, and a max conventional towing of 24,200 pounds – all of which are best-in-class.
