Available in standard 122.5-inch and extended 131.5-inch MAX wheelbase variants, the Ford Expedition provides room for up to eight passengers with a second-row bench seat that can be upgraded to second-row Captain’s Chairs. When it arrives, the 2025 Ford Expedition will be available in four trim levels — Active, Tremor, King Ranch, and Platinum.
Brand-new Ford Expedition models will feature an upgraded style with a more aggressive front end that adds winged LED Daytime Running Lights and an illuminated light bar. A major change to the 2025 Ford Expedition design is the addition of the class-exclusive Ford Split Gate that adds a traditional SUV tailgate to the spec sheet to make it easier to load cargo and provide stadium seating — perfect for camping and tailgating. The Ford Split Gate will support up to 500 pounds of cargo. When equipped for towing, standard Ford Expedition models will tow 7,000 pounds of cargo that can be upgraded to 9,600 pounds with a weight-distributing hitch.
