Everyone loves a trip to the park, right? Well, that includes all of our four-legged friends, too. Luckily for them – and for us – we live in Tampa, FL, where there are a ton of fun dog parks to enjoy. We have so many, in fact, that if can be hard to know which one to bring our furry friends to next. So, if the dog days of summer have you down, or if you just got a new ball or Frisbee that you’re just dying to try out, here are three of the best dog parks we’ve sniffed out in Tampa. Enjoy!

There’s no question that we love our beaches here in Tampa, FL. So, it’s no wonder we also have some awesome beaches for our dogs, too. And one of the best of those beaches is the Davis Island Dog Beach, located at 864 Severn Avenue. The Davis Island Dog Beach has everything you and your four-legged friends need, including dog wash hoses, a huge play area and much, much more.

If you’re more of a dog park person than a dog beach person, then Gadsden Park is the perfect place for you. Located at 6901 South MacDill Avenue, Gadsden Park features a huge play area for your furry buddy to stretch his or her legs and meet some awesome four-legged friends. There’s also a playground, fishing lake and picnic tables and shelters for everyone else.

Let’s finish our list off with a dog park that’s also a dog beach, so it has something for everyone. Picnic Island Dog Park and Beach, located at 7409 Picnic Island Boulevard, is a wide open space for you and your companion to play, rest and enjoy the outdoors.
