There were a lot of amazing and impressive custom Ford models shown at the 2017 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show, but none were quite as stunning as the seven custom Mustangs – dubbed the Magnificent Seven – that stole the show. The Open-Air Thrill Ride Mustang
We didn’t think we could love the new Ford Mustang convertible any more than we already do until we saw what MAD Industries was able to do with its custom 2018 Mustang convertible. That’s because this custom Mustang convertible features staggered 20-inch Niche Staccato Wheels, an APR Carbon Fiber Drag Wing, Ford Performance intake and exhaust technology, Braum Elite-X Series Racing bucket seats with white stitching, an enhanced 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine and BASF custom exterior paint products applied by LGE-CTS Motorsports complete with matching interior appliques.
The Roush Classic Wide-Body Burner Mustang
Roush is well-known for their amazing work on Ford Mustangs, and this custom 2018 Ford Mustang is just another in a long line of impressive Roush creations. This wide-body Mustang features stylings reminiscent of the ever-loved 1970 Boss 429 complete with Ford’s Grabber Green exterior color, the all-new Roush 2018 Mustang body kit, a custom wide-body kit, race-inspired carbo fiber parts and custom Vossen RVS forged wheels. Oh, and it’s all powered by a 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine.
The Physics-Defying 200 MPH Street Mustang
If you love the Ford Mustang, there’s a good chance you’ve also got a need for speed. Well, then this customized 2018 Ford Mustang Fastback is the car for you, as it throws the laws of physics out the window and easily achieves 200 miles per hour thanks to its enhanced aerodynamics, reduced drag and improved power. That power comes from a powertrain featuring a 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine, a Hellion twin turbo kit, G-Force driveshaft and rear axles, a DEI exhaust wrap and Mishimoto radiator, transmission cooler and oil cooler.
