One of the most impressive capabilities of the new Ford 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot powered by AT&T is the fact that it can support up to 10 devices at a time. And, when you’re parked, those 10 devices can stay connected up to 50 feet away from your new Ford car, truck or SUV.
The new Ford 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot is being added to the available SYNC Connect infotainment system. Thanks to this system and its SYNC 3 touchscreen, you’ll be able to monitor data usage, signal strength and connected devices with ease. You’ll also be able to block certain devices and change your settings. With this new hotspot, passengers will be able to stream music and videos, surf the web, send and receive emails, get directions and much, much more.
“SYNC Connect allows travelers to stay connected and entertained on the go. The new Wi-Fi hotspot capability will allow kids to easily watch movies and listen to music, or, if you’re on the job, to quickly send emails and access the web from wherever you are.” – Don Butler, Executive Director, Ford Connected Vehicle and Services
