And, as you can probably guess, the tougher designation to achieve is Gold Ford Certified Pre-Owned. That’s because those models must feature under 80,000 miles and be less than six years old. They must also get through an extensive 172-point inspection process performed by our certified Ford technicians.
Becoming a Blue Ford Certified Pre-Owned model is no walk in the park, however. These models must feature under 120,000 miles and be less than 10 years old. And, while not quite as extensive, these models must still pass a 139-point inspection.
